Pro athletes used to hold a press conferences or have a written statement prepared when they had to make a major announcement. Now, they just do it on an iPhone.

Jordan Brand broke news via its Snapchat handle Jumpman23 on Tuesday. Through the social media platform, Michael Jordan himself is seen signing off on blueprints to what appears to be a new flagship store dubbed Station 23, located at 32 South State Street in Chicago.

Back in October of last year, the Chicago Tribune reported that Nike had acquired the retail space as a joint venture with Footaction. The first Jordan Brand only store, Flight 23, opened in New York City in 2014. Exact details on a grand opening date for the new Chicago flagship haven't been revealed at this time, but check out the screencaps of Jordan Brand's Snapchat story below.

UPDATE 10/10: Jordan Brand has announced that Station 23 on 32 South State Street will open on Saturday, Oct. 24.
