Is John Wall on the verge of becoming the NBA's next superstar? After learning that he's leading Eastern Conference guards after the first All-Star vote returns, Wall went on to put on a show at Madison Square Garden.
Highlighted by a spinning 360-degree layup in the 3rd quarter, Wall had 24 points, 11 assists and 6 rebounds, leading Washington to a 102-91 victory on Christmas Day.
