Earlier this year, adidas officially added Jeremy Lin to its roster of athletes. At the time, he was playing alongside brandmate Dwight Howard as a member of the Houston Rockets. However, a July trade sent the point guard to the Los Angeles Lakers.
Despite Lin's move to Tinseltown, it looks like adidas will move forward with a planned release of a Crazy 8 PE in a Rockets-themed colorway. Pictured in detail below, the shoe sports a white leather upper, with a black inner lining and hits of red and yellow throughout. Lin's signature is embroidered along the lateral ankle, while his logo adorns the tongue.
The good news is that this colorway doubles as China-inspired, so it's still relevant to Lin and his loyal fanbase. We don't have a release date at the moment, but we'll keep you updated here at Sole Collector.
