Today, Dame Lillard was announced as Blake Griffin’s injury replacement for the 2015 NBA All-Star Game. It didn’t take long for adidas to get the word out on the biggest All-Star snub turned sub, who will wear this special make-up of the D Lillard 1 in the game.
Designed in tandem with the All-Star uniforms, the shoe sports a white leather upper with white snakeskin texture across the back panel, around the midfoot and atop the TechFit booty. Contrasting hits of black work the snake textured toe cap and heel logos. The full-length adiprene+ middle features a black splatter print, while the outsole is translucent black. Metallic gold ‘DAME’ lettering and adidas branding adorn the tongues.
The D Lillard 1 ‘NYC All-Star’ will drop at adidas.com and select retailers on Friday, Feb. 13 for $105.
