How Much Do Sneaker Brands Spend on TV Ads?

While sneaker companies are increasingly focused on building their digital presences, they're still spending tens of millions of dollars a year on TV ads.

Skechers was the biggest spender in the past year, according to Forbes, with an estimated $77.4 million spent on a total of 47 TV spots. Skechers also had one of the worst rankings in terms of online digital views of those same TV spots with just 3.5 million views in that category, compared to Nike's massive 250 million views.

While Nike is at the top of the list in the category of online digital views of TV spots, adidas actually earned around the same number of views in this category per dollar spent. adidas earned 6.8 online views for every dollar spent on TV spots compared to Nike's rate of 6.9 views per dollar.
