South Florida will be treated to a new House of Hoops location this Saturday when the basketball specialty store sets up shop at the Pembroke Lakes Mall in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Stopping by for the Grand Opening event will be New York Knicks forward Amar'e Stoudemire, who will be introducing and giving away his brand new Nike Air Max Sweep Thru shoe. The event will be hosted by Joe Pope with background music provided by DJ Sandman. As usual, there will also be a free basketball skills academy held at the nearby Pembroke Pines Charter High School earlier in the day.
