Today, Foot Locker is opening the largest House of Hoops store in the world right outside of Madison Square Garden.
The spot is a temporary one, intended to serve as a hub for top releases from Nike and Foot Locker leading up to the 2015 NBA All-Star, which will take place just up the street. In addition to housing new product, the space also has an impressive array of vintage displays to help familiarize visitors with the rich history of Nike Basketball. As of the official media opening yesterday, recently sought after pairs like the What the LeBron 11 and the What the Kobe 9 Elite were on the shelves. This new House of Hoops by Foot Locker pop-up is located at 2 Penn Plaza (W. 33rd Street and 7th Avenue) and will be open from 10 a.m. – 11 p.m., seven days a week.
