Football season doesn't officially start until somebody takes a crane kick to the face.
In today's season opener between the rival Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers, wide receiver Antonio Brown turned himself into an instant meme star when he kicked punter Spencer Lanning in the face while returning a punt during the 2nd quarter. Brown received a 15-yard unnecessary roughness penalty for the kick, and probably felt like it was worth every yard.
