San Francisco's FTC and Nike SB will release a collaborative Dunk Low this spring, celebrating the 20th anniversary of FTC's first skate video, Finally. Inspired by the Finally cover, the FTC x Nike Dunk Low features original graphics drawn by Del The Funky Homosapien on the heel and sockliner, along with matching shades of blue, red and tan.

"Finally...an FTC Video" was originally released in San Francisco in 1993 and directed by Aaron Meza. Finally featured full parts from FTC team riders Jeron Wilson, Scott Johnston, Chico Brenes, Mike Carroll and team montages including Keith Hufnagel, Karl Watson, Jovontae Turner, Mike York and Guy Mariano. This was a ground breaking video for the time and really paved the way for FTC and skateboarding in San Francisco. The original cover art of FTC's "Finally" video was done by an emerging young rapper at the time named Del The Funky Homosapien of Hieroglyphics, and serves as the inspiration for the shoe's color and design. FTC is also producing a special limited Finally deck, t shirt, and re-releasing Finally on dvd too. In celebration of the release of the Nike/FTC "Finally" Dunk Low there will be a party held at 111 Minna in San Francisco on April 11th and will feature special guests and performances.

The FTC x Nike SB Dunk Low "Finally" is expected to release this April at FTC locations, with a global release to follow in May. Stay tuned to Sole Collector for further release details.
