New Balance noobs should know that this isn't the first time that the brand has worked with this storied shop–it had a big group of New Balance 576s back in 2007. It's been quiet since then, but part of that has to do with the fact that it was shuttered for a while. Teased here is an upcoming New Balance 1500 with a 'Knowledge is Key' theme that references the Encyclopedia Britannica. New Balance itself went down a similar road last year with its author-themed collections, so it will be interesting to see how this pair differentiates itself from those. The Footpatrol x New Balance 1500 'Knowledge is Key' is set to release on Jan. 24, 2015.
