words // Zac Dubasik
First there was Friendster. Next Myspace. Then Facebook and Twitter, of course. There will undoubtedly be a new social media platform soon, but Instagram is the hottest of the moment.
We like to give our readers as many ways to stay connected as possible, which means you can usually find us across as many platforms as people are using.
If you're one of the new Android users, or have been there all along with the iPhone, check us out on Instagram @SoleCollector.
Our whole team is active, so check out the preview below of what each member is up to. We may look back on Instagram and laugh some day in the not-too-distant future, but at least a song didn't automatically play each time you viewed someone's account. Up first, the head honcho Steve....
Steve | @stevemullholand
Steve may be the man behind Sole Collector, but judging only just from his Instagram account, he might have also started a magazine called "Sunset Collector." It's not all sunsets - you'll also see some mid-day landscapes, wings of planes, and rare appearances by an even more rare sneaker.

Brandon Richard | @xBRICHx
When Brandon isn't busy keeping the Sole Collector blog running, meeting his FuelBand goals, or celebrating the Magic's 2009 Game 3 victory in the NBA Finals, he's been known to hunt down and post the rarest of items, such as a "What If?" '95 Magic championship hat and a Jameer Nelson All-Star jersey. That last one really happened. 2009. Go check NBA.com if you don't believe us!

Nick DePaula | @_NDP
Extra ridiculous jerseys? Subtle, look-what-I-got-early sneaker shots? A mild obsession over anything Kings, Penny Hardaway or Dennis Rodman related? You can find all that, and much more, courtesy of NDP on Instagram.

Heather Noddings | @hnoddings
Things that graphic designers seem to all love: Coffee. White space. Cats. Random signs and words that apparently showcase a profound use of a typeface, but go entirely under appreciated by the rest of us. Things you'll find on Heather's Instagram: All of the above.

Jotham Porzio | @jothamcity
The man behind our videos reveals a lot about himself through his Instagram account, like his favorite adult beverages, his unique sense of humor, and an apparent fascination with Portland's large homeless population.

Zack Schlemmer | @FatShawnKemp
When you're into obscure MLB and NBA athletes and are constantly checking out thrift stores for obscure MLB and NBA tees and memorabilia, chances are you'll have some random and obscure sporting photos to share with the universe. And an occasional classic Master P album cover or two.

Steve "JR" Jaconetta | @ajordanxi
What you can't tell just from Steve Jr.'s sneaker photos is that he has a head-to-toe outfit - right down to the color of the logo on his socks - to match each one.

Luis Sanchez | @ix_eleven
LeBron. Blah blah blah. Miami. Blah blah blah. The Heat. Blah blah blah. I'm a sample size and have awesome shoes with amazing pictures. Blah blah blah. LeBron. Blah blah blah...

Brennan Hiro Williams | @BurnWilliams
We attribute Brennan's love of baseball to his Japanese heritage. Scattered among images of exotic-looking food, awesome city scapes and pink kicks, you'll find shots revealing his passion for this sport played with a stick and small ball, which apparently is popular overseas.

Zac Dubasik | @GetBuckets
Since December of 2010, Zac's Twitter account has been updated exactly once. And that was only because he thought he was signed into the Sole Collector account. While still not exactly frequent, his Instagram account is far more active. If you are into NBA jerseys and cropped angles of shoes no one cares about (but he thinks are super cool), be sure to follow.

Sole Collector | @SoleCollector
Not only does the Sole Collector Instagram share exclusive shots of rare kicks, behind-the-scenes previews of upcoming projects, and looks back at past collaborations, but we also like to show off our deep folder of obscure, old athlete and celebrity photos whenever an opportunity arises. A shot of Will Smith wearing the Shaqnosis in the original Men In Black flick probably qualifies.
