Two UK men will be headed to jail for at least three years each for their roles in a counterfeit ring that distributed fake sneakers and apparel.

Express and Star reports that Nazakat Hussain and Ali Asghar admitted to pushing knockoff goods purporting to be from brands like Nike, adidas, and Timberland.

Hussain, who was previously jailed for flooding London streets with over £1 million worth of fake goods, was pulled over during a routine traffic stop that yielded some unexpected results. The arresting officers found £25,000 worth of fake sneakers and clothes in his van, along with keys to a storage unit in Oldbury, UK, that held an extra £490,000 worth.

Hussain and Asghar ran a now-defunct store called Sport Box, through which some of their counterfeit gear was sold.

The moral of the story? Stay away from fake sneakers.
