For the second time this season, Toronto Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan played in a pair of sneakers designed by one of his biggest fans.
With the Los Angeles Clippers in town, DeRozan laced up a white-based colorway of the Nike Kobe 9 EM created by Twitter follower Daniello Tetangco (@DTETANGCO). The look is subtly complemented by a red interior and purple branding hits.
As part of the contest held by DeRozan, Tetangco will also receive a pair in his size.
Playing one of his better all-around games of the season, DeRozan had 24 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists to help the Raptors erase a 20-point deficit and defeat the Clippers 123-107.
