Concepts turns to the Converse Weapon for its latest collaborative project, which is the 2015 entry into its recent string of St. Patrick's Day sneaker creations.
The shoe's colorway is a fairly straightforward one as far as Irish flavored sneakers go, and consists of a black and green look. It's not without its unique touches though–the branding at the bar on the heel reads "Concepts" in the traditional Weapon font, and the insoles also indicate the team up. Nike has given this Weapon an upgrade on the cushioning, as this pair benefits from a Lunarlon insole. Fittingly, the release won't be coming to Concepts' new NYC location, and will instead maintain its Boston flavor even in its distribution.
The Concepts x Converse Weapon will release on March 14 at the shop's original Cambridge location at 10 am, with an online release to follow at noon the same day.
