American sprinter Carmelita Jeter made it a trifecta in London this past summer when she left the 2012 Olympic Games with gold, silver and bronze medals. After making a little history, Jeter is now looking to make a difference, auctioning off her medal-winning track spikes to support Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
The volt spikes are dual-signed with the World Record 4x100 m relay time in black sharpie. All proceeds go directly to Susan G. Komen. Bidding for the eBay auction ends next Tuesday.
