With the NBA's preseason winding down this week, teams are hoping to lock in their rotations and get their rosters in sync as they prepare for the official start of the season next Tuesday.
For Under Armour athletes Brandon Jennings and Kemba Walker, the preseason has also given them both a chance to get some run in multiple models before deciding on what they'll start the year in. Jennings has switched between a low-cut Threat PE and highs and lows of the new Spine Bionic, while Walker has been back and forth between the Micro G Torch and Spine Mid.
Last night the two faced off in Charlotte, both wearing the new Spine Bionic in black base colorways. Brandon saw limited time as Coach Scott Skiles tried to get an extra look at players towards the end of the bench, while Kemba got a full 40 minutes of playing time.
Do you like Kemba's stark Black / White edition more, or is Brandon's Black / Stealth version better?
Check back next week for an interview with Under Armour Footwear Creative Director Dave Dombrow detailing the category's new Spine, available now over at UnderArmour.com.
