The Asics Gel Lyte III "Koi Klub" by Afew will probably be a tough sneaker to get for anyone outside of Germany, where the project will launch.
Infinitely more difficult to acquire is this pair, a one-of-one take on the project that plants a black toe on the front end of the shoe. This isn't one of those samples that somehow made its way out of the hands of the original owners, but rather the shoe and accompanying box are part of a charity auction put on by Afew to benefit the Regenbogenland Children's Hospice.
Since the shoe is so rare, it is of course fetching a ridiculous price at the moment. Anyone hoping to add the "Black Koi" Asics Gel Lyte III to their collection will have to go up against high bids on the Klekt auction that are already at €2,700.
