Celebrating the Nets' new identity and the opening of Barclays Center in Brooklyn, ten limited edition "Carter 4" jerseys autographed by Jay-Z are being auctioned off. Proceeds will benefit the Shawn Carter Foundation, which has distributed more than $1.4M in scholarship awards to help kids in need across the nation since 2003.
The auctions went live today and will run for a period of two weeks, ending Wednesday, October 31. Each jersey has been authenticated by Melgray Group, the NBA's official authentication partner, and will be registered into the NBA and Meigray Group Authentication Program.
Auctions are currently live at Auctions.NBA.com. Bidding starts at $500.
