The Asics Gel Lyte V continues to make waves outside of the collaboration realm, most recently this summery looking pair.
The shoe has been billed as the "Coral Reef" by the source. Those sort of nicknames aren't commonplace for Asics retro models, and are usually the creation of the retailer, but given Asics' recent tendency to slap themes onto its inline releases, it's possible the nickname here is the brand's creation. Presumably the light blue sections represent the ocean while the dominant orange represents the actual coral.
This Asics Gel Lyte V release hasn't hit the U.S. yet, but it can be imported now from SNKRS.
