Yes, the Asics Gel Lyte III already had a whiteout pair release as recently as November of last year.
This pair uses a similar approach, but manages to differentiate itself in its materials and the exact shades of its white upper. Rather than the leather heavy look found on last year's triple white, this one has a more traditional combination of mesh and synthetic nubuck. What's more, certain sections of the shoe are more of an eggshell color that a pure white.
This Asics Gel Lyte III release isn't in the U.S. yet, but stores like Asphalt Gold in Europe are already getting their pairs.
