An event 40 years in the making, the Golden State Warriors celebrated their NBA championship with a parade in Oakland earlier today. And it was one of the best parades to date. There was a little bit of trash talking by the announcers, Marshawn Lynch cursing on national television, O.T. Genasis blaring on the speaker system, a repeat guarantee from the team's owner and an appearance by the star of the NBA Finals, Riley Curry.
But the show stealer was Draymond Green, who was described by teammate Andre Iguodala as the "buzzed uncle at the cookout." During his speech, which included some serious shade being thrown at the Cavs, Green was spotted wearing the yet-to-release "Sharpie" Nike Air Foamposite One. And he wasn't alone — Finals MVP Iguodala did the same.
The Foamposite will be packaged alongside the Nike Air Penny 6 for $500 on July 4. Unless you just won the Larry O'Brien Trophy.
