The "Grand Opening" collection of Asics from KITH very nearly had a third member.
Shown off on-feet here is an Asics Gel Kayano trainer sample, worn by a KITH employee, which was apparently created as a sample for the "Grand Opening" capsule. When the Asics Gel Kayano first showed up on the retro schedule there's no doubt that plenty were expecting an eventual Ronnie Fieg collaboration given his longstanding partnership with the brand, but by the looks of things this might be the closest that anyone will get to a Fieg Kayano. There are no plans at the moment for the a release of the black leather "Grand Opening" Asics Gel Kayano.
