In 2013, the Jordan Brand will celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Air Jordan VIII and the Chicago Bulls' first three-peat by re-releasing original and new colorways of the classic model. Additionally, we may see this VIII-inspired Retro 1 sample hit retail at some point in the year.
With cues pulled from the "Playoff" colorway, the shoe features a black nubuck upper with VIII-inspired details like the fuzzy tongue patch, "23" font on the toebox, ribbed heel and unique print on the inner lining.
No word yet on whether or not we'll actually see these release, but stick with Sole Collector for future updates.
