The 2012 holiday season just became a lot more interesting for Jordan enthusiasts. In addition to the usual Christmas Air Jordan Retro 11 release (Black/Varsity Red this year), the Jordan Brand has plans to bring back the highly popular "Cool Grey" Retro 9.
Last released in in 2002, the "Cool Grey" 9 followed the blueprint laid out by the 11 in the prior year. The shoe sports a grey durabuck and patent leather upper, accented by white on the laces, heel detail, midsole and Jumpman branding. Finishing off the style below is a grey translucent rubber outsole.
These are currently pegged for a December release and below is said to be a first look at the version in production. Would you be satisfied if these are indeed heading to retail?
