Closing out a big day of news from the Jordan Brand is our first official look at the most anticipated holiday season release in the '96 Playoffs Air Jordan XI.

The storied Air Jordan XI colorway makes its return to retail for the first time since 2008 as part of the Air Jordan Countdown Pack. The 2012 edition is nearly identical to the 2008 Countdown Pack edition, sporting a reversed Jumpman logo on the collar, a slightly tweaked patent leather cut and a brighter shade of varsity red.

The Black/White-Varsity Red Air Jordan Retro 11 is scheduled to release December 21st at select Jordan Brand accounts nationwide.

Why are these different from the ones just posted?? Easy spot is the jumpman logo. On these its reversed on the ones just post on here are not check out the two posts

Truth be told, these shoes are nice, but the look and even the history behind the shoe is just not worth getting killed or injured over trying to camp out for these...it'll probably be easier to cop like the 5s in January and you get a cleaner, sexier look for less money and less chance of getting trampled




after what I experienced attempting to purchase the concords last year I agree. The shoe is sweet but its not worth the struggle & the disappointment if you come up short. I witnessed constant arguing, running to gates, people getting shoved over (women & teens) constant jostling for position. It was total mayhem, chaos, just a complete debacle & I live in Des Moines IOWA. I can only imagine what goes on in the bigger cities. Its ridiculous what its turned into.
