Like Foot Locker, Footaction tweeted out the release details for its Black Patent/Metallic Gold Air Jordan Retro 1 High OG release this Saturday. Unfortunately, you're completely out of luck if you don't live in New York, and likely still out of it even if you do.
The Jordan Retro 1 High OG Black/Gold will release at our 34th Street store in New York City only this Saturday, April 13. Due to the heightened excitement, there will be a specific procedure on how to purchase this sneaker. Here are the details.
Tickets will be given out on Wednesday, April 10 and Thursday, April 11. Limit one ticket per customer while supplies last. You must have a valid photo ID to receive a ticket. If your ticket number is drawn you will be notified by phone on Friday, April 12. If your ticket number is drawn you must be at the store between 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. local time on Saturday, April 13 to purchase your pre-selected size. Any shoe not purchased by the 6:00 p.m. deadline will be forfeited. You must have the ticket and show a valid photo ID that matches the name on the list in order to purchase the shoe.
