Air Jordan 4 "Jesus Piece" for The Game by Mache Custom Kicks
words // Brandon Richard
Celebrating the release of The Game's fifth studio album Jesus Piece, Mache recently hooked the rapper up with a pair of custom sneakers. The silhouette of choice was the Air Jordan 4, Game's favorite model from the iconic series. Mache looked to create a pair for Game similar to Eminem's "Encore" 4 from 2005.
Using the recently released Black/Cement Grey 4 as the base shoe, Mache switched the upper to red for a "Toro Bravo" look. The heel tabs were blacked out and Game's logo and Jesus Piece were added to the lateral heels. Insoles featuring the album's artwork line the interior. To pull the theme together, Mache linked up with absolelute for a set of custom "Jesus Piece" dubrets.
With a little help from DJ Skee, Mache was able to deliver the "Jesus Piece" 4s to The Game in New York before he hopped on a plane back to LA for today's album release. These are a true 1-of-1 custom, meaning these will not be replicated.
