With NFL Kickoff set for Thursday night, DependableJay cracks open the vault once again to give us a look at another rare pair of Player Exclusive cleats.
What you see here is a cleated version of the Air Jordan 3, presumably made for Terrell Owens to wear in the 2010 Pro Bowl. The cleats feature a pearlized white leather upper with red and blue accents, including red elephant print overlays on the toebox and heel.
If these were indeed made for 2010, you know that Owens didn't make the Pro Bowl that season, so this pair never actually hit the field.
Around this time last year, Phase2 gave us a look at the NFC-themed Michael Vick Pro Bowl Air Jordan 3. Like Owens, Vick didn't make the Pro Bowl and never wore his PE in a game.
