Take a close up look at the Championship Ring lace locks.

words // Zac Dubasik

If you've seen the sample shots of the upcoming "Cigar" and "Champagne Bottle" Air Jordan 6s, you've probably noticed that the standard lace locks have been replaced with ones reminscent of Championship Rings.

Today, thanks to us11hustla, we have our first close up at these lace locks. They feature a large Jumpman in the middle, surrounded by "gemstones." The right side displays "Jordan" and "23," while the left features "YOT6" - presumably for Year of the 6 - along with 6's original release year, 1991.

Could that be a clue as to the actual name of this pack? Let us know what you think in the comments. Do you like this lace lock in comparrison to the traditional version?
