It's only right that Nike design legend and University of Oregon alum Tinker Hatfield had a hand in the "Oregon" Jordan 14, the latest in a long line of Oregon-exclusive Air Jordans.

In a note sent out to people who were seeded pairs, Hatfield says that he was going for a "classy, Ducky look." In the note, he thanks developer Adam Welliver for his work on the shoes, suggesting that the look here isn't all Hatfield's doing.

The note gives rare insight into how many pairs are produced when it comes to Oregon Jordans, pegging the limited run at 330. Most of those went to Oregon football players, coaches and support personnel. Others were seeded to friends, family and influencers.
