Before winning a championship with D-Wade and Shaq in Miami, Gary Payton spent one season as the point guard of the Boston Celtics.
For his 2004-2005 campaign, Payton wore Player Exclusive make-ups of the Air Jordan 13, including this black-based pair for road games. Borrowing its look from the 'Altitude' retro, this PE features a black tumbled leather upper and textured black trim. Payton's nickname, 'The Glove,' is embroidered on the tongue in green.
