Once highly sought after by collectors, Chris Paul's Air Jordan 13 PEs were among last year's most talked about Jordan releases. Both New Orleans Hornets-inspired "Home" and "Away" colorways rare high in the series, but there may have been other plans initially.

Here's a look at unreleased CP3 Air Jordan 13 look-see samples, which the owner says were produced in 2011. On the "Home" shoe, white leather is complemented by a neutral grey toebox and cream suede on the upper, with Hornets colors appearing on a circled tongue logo and the outsole. The "Away" pair is pretty much like the "Altitude" colorway with a purple outsole.

The original purpose of these unreleased Jordan samples is unknown, but it's probably for the best that brand went in another direction.
