Today's detailed look at this upcoming release of the Air Jordan 1 Hi Retro reveals a unique Carmelo Anthony and New York Knicks inspiration.

The much anticipated Air Jordan 1 Hi Retro features a high quality premium leather build, displaying a classic New York Knicks color scheme in a traditional AJ I color block. Classic Nike branding is also put to use, along with a Big Apple logo sporting a headband and Melo's number 7 on the sockliner.

The Melo/Knicks Air Jordan 1 Hi Retro is set to hit select Jordan Brand accounts on January 5th in extremely limited quantities.
