During an interview last week, Kanye West promised that the adidas Yeezy would eventually be more available and that, "Eventually everyone who wants Yeezys will get them."
That certainly wasn't the case last week when the shoe launched through the adidas Confirmed app, as plenty of NYC residents had trouble reserving themselves a pair. There's a worldwide release coming next week, but the number of pairs allocated to stores there doesn't give much more hope.
For example, Solebox in Germany is only getting 12 pairs of the adidas Yeezy 750 Boost. Keep in mind this is a top-tier account that's been around forever, so there's no reason to believe that other sneaker shops in the continent will be getting many more pairs. Also keep in mind that Kanye himself said that there were 9,000 pairs of the adidas Yeezys for this first run.
The adidas Yeezy 750 Boost release date is Feb. 28 for worldwide retailers.
