Yes, the adidas Yeezy Boost "Beluga" all-white colorway exists, but it's safe to say that not many people other than Kanye West himself has them at this point.
After 'Ye was first spotted in the shoes last week, pairs have popped up online purporting to be the same upcoming colorway that was seen on his feet. Despite what other sneaker sites have reported, that's not the case – this pair that was making the rounds yesterday is a custom created by Red Star Cobbler.
The white adidas Yeezy 350 Boosts should still be releasing, and will probably look like this, but this pair is indeed a custom.
