The adidas Boost technology is being pushed so hard that even purely fashion-oriented subcategories from the brand like Y-3 are making use of it.
Another chunky slab of that foam shows up on the new shoe above, the cleverly named adidas Desert Boost. The model could have done more to mimic its muse, but adidas deserves a tip of the hat anyway for the clever name flip on the classic desert boot silhouette. As is standard for Y-3, the shoe keeps things in the black and white range.
Also just previewed is the below adidas Y-3 model, the Hayworth Guard, which uses what appears to be Primeknit tech for its extended bootie.
