Today, adidas unveiled a new short sleeve basketball uniform system for the 36th Annual McDonald's All American Games, which will be played at Chicago's United Center on April 3. The uniforms are designed for a bold on-court look and engineered to enhance performance by improving fit, comfort and mobility.
"The McDonald's All American Game showcases the highest level of high school basketball talent in America," said Jeff Robbins, adidas Basketball Sports Marketing. "The adizero short sleeve uniform system unites ultimate performance and unique style, and there is no better opportunity for adidas to bring true innovation and cutting edge design to the leaders on the courts and in the high school hallways."
The McDonald's All American uniform system is made from 60% recycled materials and features adidas' quick-drying Revolution 30 technology found in current NBA uniforms. Short sleeve design concept was debuted earlier this week by the Golden State Warriors.
ClimaCool zones move heat and moisture away from the body to keep the jersey light and dry during heavy sweating. FORMOTION technology and armhole insets with 360-degree stretch fabric allow free range of motion for the arms and shoulders, providing comfort and maximum mobility during all phases of the game. The woven short offers a closer, more comfortable fit with compression base layers while reducing overall uniform weight and improving breathability.

Players will also lace up the latest footwear from adidas Basketball and wear the new adidas Team Speed basketball sock.
Bold impact camo print is designed to help players stand out on the court. East players will wear black impact camo, while West will suit up in red. Player names and numbers are colored in chrome inspired by the sheen and glow of championship trophies and MVP accolades.
The 36th Annual McDonald’s All American Boys Game will tip-off at 9:30 p.m. EST and will be broadcast live on ESPN. The 12th Annual Girls Game will begin at 7:00 p.m. EST and will air on ESPNU.
