Earlier this week we saw the hardcort tennis version of the adiZero Feather II, and now, here is a look at the runner. Similar to the tennis version, and the adiZero line as a whole, this shoe incorporates SPRINTWEB and SPRINTFRAME into its construction.
Without having to provide the level of stablity needed in a tennis shoe, the runner shaves much more weight off, and comes it a 6.7 ounces. That's heavy in comparrison to the 3.5 ounce adiZero Prime sprint spike, which will be worn in the upcoming Olympics, but the Feather 2 incorporates many of the same performance benefits. This shoe is available now at adidas.com and retails for $115.
