Today, adidas unveiled the Pure Boost X, a new women's-only running sneaker with an innovative floating arch interrupting the Primeknit upper.
Appearing adjacent to the shoe in preview images is the first redesigned version of it, which comes from Stella McCartney's adidas collaboration. The McCartney version has more prominent lacing and less prominent branding – it loses the support piece on the side and its three stripes.
The proper Pure Boost X will release first on Feb. 1 for $120 (stay tuned for a detailed breakdown of its design here on Sole Collector), followed by the Stella McCartney x adidas Pure Boost X on Feb. 15 for $170.
