The buzz surrounding the return of the iconic Mutombo model from adidas has barely subsided, but that apparently isn't stopping adidas Originals from unleashing Dikembe's second signature model next month. Just released from the adidas Originals camp is this teaser graphic of Mt. Mutombo's second shoe, celebrating Dikembe and the 8th seeded Denver Nuggets defeating the #1 seeded Seattle Sonics in the first round of the 1994 NBA playoffs—all done while Dikembe was wearing the Mutombo 2, of course.
Stay tuned for an official look at the Mutombo 2, and expect its return on May 10, 2014.
