adidas Originals will bring production back to Germany with this new set of sneakers that's releasing in the coming months.
The group features two pairs each of the adidas ZX 500 and the adidas Stan Smith in monochromatic colorways. The sneakers channel the German heritage of the Three Stripes by keeping production there, and using lederhosen style materials including deerkskin leather (hence the logos on the tongues). Adidas devotees have traditionally been more interested in resurrected Made in France styles from the brand's past, but these should drum up some interest regardless.
The white pairs from the adidas "Made in Germany" pack will release on March 7, while the black pairs will release on May 23, 2015.
