Patrick Ewing's old game shoe has been modernized with rugged materials like scuff-resistant leather, water-resistant tightly woven mesh, a gunmetal tongue and reflective stripes. NYC-inspired orange and blue hits appear on the laces and outsole.

The "Defense" Conductor Hi is available for $120 now at adidas.com.
