This Friday, the Louisville Cardinals basketball team will wear commemorative adidas uniforms during the Armed Forces Classic at the US Coast Guard Air Station Borinquen in Puerto Rico.
The uniforms feature a white and grey camouflage pattern with red and light blue trim as a nod to the Coast Guard’s colors and racing stripe. Displayed on the back of the jersey is the Coast Guard’s motto ‘Semper Paratus,’ which translates to ‘Always Ready.’
Along with the uniforms, adidas made custom editions of the D Rose 773 III and D Rose Englewood III in Louisville red camouflage with blue laces.
