Today, adidas officially introduced the adiZero Sonic, a lightweight running shoe with enough support and traction for year-round speed drills and weight training. The shoe was debuted in a new commercial released on Youtube today starring record-setting Baylor quarterback and three-sport high school athlete Robert Griffin III. In the clip, Griffin accelerates quickly through footwork drills and sprints in the adiZero Sonic 3. The commercial premieres on TV

Partially shot at Baylor's Floyd Casey Stadium where RG3 set or tied more than 50 school records, the commercial looks at how the heavy weight of pressure and heat of the spotlight are shattered by what lightweight adiZero shoes deliver.
