The adidas D Rose 773 III went kind of quiet once the NBA season started last year, with the adidas D Rose 5 rightfully grabbing back the spotlight as Rose's on-court shoe.
The takedown silhouette is still showing up on-court here and there though. Case in point is this pair that was created exclusively for Long Beach Polytechnic High School. The school's green and gold colors show up in a gradient across the upper, although no space is made for the its jackrabbit mascot.
Derrick Rose's line traditionally hasn't been as prolific with high school PEs as other sneaker series, but maybe this D Rose 773 3 is a sign of more to come.
