Derrick Rose's latest signature shoe, the adidas D Rose 6, has Chicago flavor embedded in its design, but certain colorways focus even more on that part of Rose's background.
This release, for example, looks to the South Side of the city for inspiration. The shoe represent's Rose's journey from there to becoming a bona-fide star with his hometown team, the Chicago Bulls. The sneaker also has elements that tie back to his appreciation of fancy cars, hence the "Lux."
Watch for the adidas D Rose 6 "South Side Lux" to release starting on Oct. 15 for $140.
