After landing highly touted rookies Andrew Wiggins, Joel Embiid, Dante Exum and Marcus Smart this summer, adidas Basketball has agreed to deals with two more first rounders.
According to sources, Jordan Adams (@jordanadams1231) of the Memphis Grizzlies and Kyle Anderson (@kyleanderson5) of the San Antonio Spurs will be wearing 3-Stripes next season. Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
Taken by the Grizzlies with the 22nd overall pick, Adams spent two years at UCLA, and was named All-Pac-12 First Team last season.
Anderson, also a UCLA sophomore, landed with the Spurs at pick 30. Like Adams, he was named All-Pac-12 First Team, as well as a Third Team All-American.
Adams and Anderson give adidas six first round picks from this year's draft. Both players, of course, also wore adidas at UCLA.
