adidas and Leo Messi Will Light Up New York City This Weekend

In celebration of international soccer icon Lionel Messi's visit to New York City for the Argentina vs. Brazil friendly this week, adidas Soccer is hosting a larger than life light projection in the Big Apple to connect the three-time FIFA World Player of the Year with his fans across the globe. 

As they did for the Crazy Light 2 projection that premiered outside of TD Garden for Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals, adidas asked fans on Facebook to share what light gets them on the pitch and Messi supporters are taking part to see their name lit up next to the Argentina star and his adiZero F50 cleat on Friday night in NYC.

I worked for Adidas this past weekend on a similar event in Dallas. I must say, Adidas trying really hard promote. They will always have the soccer game on lock. Which by the way, IS the most popular sport in the world. Your Wades or Lebron's are minute compare to the Messi's and Ronaldo's.
