When Basketball Category Designer Robbie Fuller told us that adidas wanted to go brighter with the adiZero Crazy Light 2, we were unaware of exactly how far the brand would go to achieve the goal. With the lightest basketball shoe ever now available on the miadidas customization platform, adi decided to up the ante by introducing a glow-in-the-dark design option.

Glowing elements can be added to the stripes, laces and outsole. The all-black colorway presented here features yellow lining, eyelets and outsole accented with a white adizero pin line, laces and three stripes. However, fans can customize their glow-in-the-dark Crazy Light 2s in a variety of ways over at miadidas today.

If you're not up to the task of personalizing your Crazy Light 2, several in-line styles are also available at adidas.com, Eastbay and Footlocker.
