For five of the last eight seasons, LeBron James has led his team to an NBA Finals appearance in some of the most iconic signature styles done up by Nike.
We've seen the King on the grand stage in early classics such as the Zoom Soldier I during his first-ever NBA Finals appearance in 2007, when he first lost to Tim Duncan and the San Antonio Spurs. LeBron then followed up his Finals debut with another appearance five years later during his first season with the Miami Heat in 2011, coming up short yet again in the now much appreciated LeBron 8 PS Elite.
The Magic didn't begin for LeBron until his ninth career season in 2012, when he led his Miami Heat to their second straight NBA Finals appearance and second title in franchise history in the now iconic LeBron 9 Elite. We saw James hit the court for his first title in two gold-accented colorways of the 9, only to win yet another NBA title a year later in the instant favorite LeBron X Elite.
Appearing in the NBA Finals for the fourth straight season, tonight LeBron James will look to continue to build his magical legacy with the Swoosh in possibly the LeBron XI Elite, or his go-to shoe this season in the Zoom Soldier VII. Check out all of LeBron's past NBA Finals footwear below, and be sure to look out all week for continued coverage of the 2014 NBA Finals with 'Bron's Miami Heat taking on Tim Duncan and the San Antonio Spurs.
